We believe that your MLS and VRBO photos are important. They are often the first impression anyone will have of your property. We want that first impression to be a good one! Our goal is to make you and your listing look great!
We were the first to introduce aerial photography and full video tours to the Thousand Islands area and are proud to continue to come up with fresh ideas and products to help you stand out.
We offer high quality listing photos at reasonable prices. We do both wide-angle interior and exterior photos as well as full video tours.
We don't just snap photos. We take the time to go over your listing and make suggestions to help make the photos as visually appealing as possible. We will do what we can to make your listing look great.
All photos are run through a quick computer edit to ensure proper lighting, exported sized appropriately for the MLS and then uploaded to SmugMug where you can download them immediately.
Video Tours

In addition to the wide angle interior photos, we offer full video tours, complete with a voice over description of the property, offering much more detail than the minimal characters allowed on the MLS.
All videos include an embellished version of your MLS description, along with a royalty free music selection. Agents receive two videos; one unbranded specifically for the MLS and one branded to be shared everywhere else.
